Refund Policy

We strive to provide services that will benefit all of our customers and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
However, we understand that there may be certain circumstances where you may want to return items.
Please take a moment to read our return policy below, as we will do our best to assist you.

Returnable Items Certain items can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within the warranty period.

These items must meet the following criteria:
1. Faulty items that are damaged, broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size or color.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand-new condition, we can arrange a refund of the item's price. However, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
To initiate a return or exchange, please submit a "Return or Exchange" ticket within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that items eligible for return/refund within 7 days of receiving must meet the following criteria:
1. Items must be in their original packaging with tags.
2. Items must be in brand-new condition, meaning they are unwashed, unworn, unused, and unaltered.

Return Conditions For items with no quality issues, please understand that we will not cover the cost of return shipping.
Any return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping the items to our designated return address.

Non-Returnable Items There are certain conditions under which we cannot accept returns.

These include:
1. Items outside the warranty time frame.
2. Items that have been washed, worn, used, had tags removed, or were misused.

Important Notes Before Making a Return Request If for any reason you would like to cancel your order while it is in the shipping process, please wait until you receive the package before making a return request.
This is because cross-border shipping involves complex procedures, including domestic and international customs clearance, as well as local and international shipping carriers and agencies.

If you refuse to accept delivery from the postman or fail to pick up your package from a local pick-up store, our customer service team will not be able to assess the situation, and therefore, we will be unable to process your return request.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as providing the wrong address, no consignee, invalid contact information,
failure to answer delivery calls or emails, refusal to accept the package or pay tax fees or complete customs clearance, or failure to collect the package by the deadline, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. However, please note that no refund will be issued in this situation.

Return Address and Refunds Please send your returning products to our warehouse in China.
To obtain the correct return address, please submit a "Return or Exchange" ticket to our customer service team.

Do not return your package to any address mentioned on the shipping label, as we will not be held responsible if packages are sent to the wrong address.
Refunds will be issued to your DeriaxCredit Account, which can then be used to pay for a new order or withdrawn to the original account or card you used for payment.

Please note that the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Note: If you wish to return a product, please confirm that you have received your package by clicking "Order Received" and then submit a "Return or Exchange" ticket with supporting proof, such as photos or videos.
Once you have submitted your ticket, our Customer Service team will review your return request based on our policy, warranty, product status, and the evidence you have provided.
